**Key Objectives**:
A scalp consultant must be able to diagnose disorders and diseases of the hair and scalp. They examine a client's hair and scalp and decide on an appropriate course of action. Using objective scientific techniques, the consultant studies a patient's hair and scalp for disorders. These can include damaged or thinning hair and skin infections and diseases. The consultant will discuss hair care, medical history, diet and lifestyle with the client. After diagnosis treatment will be prescribed. This may be in the form of treatments, product, massage, special shampoos, lotions, or, in some case, electrical treatment therapies.

**Main Activities**:

- Perform professional hair scalp analysis and treatment for customers.
- Sales driven.
- Meet the company sales projection KPI set
- Customize treatment package according to customers' scalp condition.
- Regular scalp check for customers.
- Perform hands-on treatments at times.
- Follow up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
- Follow up inactive customer
- Remarks and filing on customer card folder
- Design package
- Handle front desk at time
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by supervisor
