Should have experience in project management

1. Collate and manage all stakeholders' requirements for the iB NextGen project.

2. Rationalise the requirements to ensure alignment and re-usability in terms of digital capabilities across the region

3. Clear understanding on the scope of the project and work closely with the stakeholders to ensure that solutions being implemented are customer-centric, sustainable and standardized across the region

4. Ensure proper documentation and support the Business Manager to follow through on timelines, budget and deliverables

5. Perform periodic analysis/scan of the digital landscape and provide recommendations to ensure that our suite of offerings are best in class/competitive in the market

6. Identify success metrics and create a management dashboard to continuously monitor customers' adoption and satisfaction in the use of the services

7. Support the Business Manager to continuously monitor the country's performance, stability and delivery of enhancements to help grow the business
- Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in business, finance, economics or related fields
- Experience in Project Management, preferably in Digital related - Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills required
- Knowledge of financial markets and products preferred
- Flexibility, resourcefulness and ability to multi-task required
- Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel & Projects

**Experience**:
