The job responsibilities are:

- Perform patient registration
- Manage the booking of appointment
- Handle phone calls and enquiries
- Undertake administrative work
- Check stock and maintain inventory
- Manage insurance claims submissions
- Other additional/ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess good customer service skills
- Has a keen interest in the healthcare industry
- Computer-literate
- Good team player
- Enrolled Nurse may be considered
