Singapore Risk Solutions Full time

Accountabilities- Strategic planning for financial crime compliance, including performing market/customer analysis with competitive analysis, assess need for pricing actions to meet the profitability and growth targets.
- Analyze all aspects of the business to define and execute tactical actions to achieve market strategies for growth of the business in both sales volume and profitability.
- Participate in customer visits and participate in industry / professional groups to support LNRS as well as the financial crime compliance market
- Support relationships with key account, industry and trade associations, government representatives, public services organizations, customers, and vendors as necessary.
- Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, GCO, etc.)
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Requirements:
- General knowledge of market and financial crime compliance tools (LNRS products, preferred)
- Requires a BS or equivalent educational achievement.
- Requires a minimum of 7-10 years related technical and professional experience.
- Skills required include business acumen, strategic planning, analytics / data proficiency, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities and outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a cross functional organization.Proven people leadership experience, 3+ years
