He/ she will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

In this role, you will provide crucial support to our warehouse team, ensuring the smooth and efficient process of our day-to-day operations. This position will be based at our office/ warehouse in an air-conditioned environment.

What you’ll do:

- Perform outbound processes in alignment with operational Standard Operating Procedures, assisting the team in picking, sorting and packing of order.
- Perform inbound processes, verifying contents delivered against purchase orders, and inspect items for quality and quantity.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure the brand’s products and packaging are in line with QC standards.
- Assist the Warehouse team in inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle count and stock takes throughout the year.
- Assist the Warehouse team with retail stock and housekeeping replenishments for our 7 stores in Singapore.
- Ensure proper handling of official documents
- Assist any other duties or responsibilities assigned by our Warehouse Supervisor

What we’re looking for:

- Preferably Nitec, Diploma, Degree in Logistics Management or a relevant field a plus
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- No forklift or driving licence required
- Experience using Google Workspaces a plus
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Display exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Take initiative, showing resourcefulness and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Show meticulous attention to detail and follow-through on projects
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player
- Have positive can-do attitude, adaptable to changes and open to new ideas and feedback
- Passion and/or experience in fashion, jewellery or retail industry a plus
