Singapore Franklin Templeton Investments Full time

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (12-month contract) to join the Marketing team based in Singapore. The individual will report to the Head of Marketing, Southeast Asia, and will be responsible for supporting the Retail Marketing team on a broad range of marketing campaigns and projects.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?- Support Marketing managers in executing marketing campaigns for the SEA business, including client events, client communications, branding and advertising activities- Support the production of both digital and offline marketing materials/collaterals including product flyers, brochures, decks, webpages, client premiums-
- Maintenance of website content, ensuring consistency of messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements- Reporting on campaign metrics and analytics where applicable- Other responsibilities such as managing vendors, tracking marketing spends, invoice payments, and audit- Working with internal partners such as compliance for necessary regulatory approval of materials- Provide ad hoc support for marketing managers where necessary

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Bachelor’s Degree (Business / Economics / Marketing preferred)- 1-3 years of experience in marketing/communications preferably in financial services/asset management- Self-motivated individual who is committed to excellence and accountability- Detail-oriented with an eye for detail and design- Innovative, with an ability to think outside of the box- Team player with an ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders- Fluent English speaker and ability to read Mandarin is a bonus
