Knowledge on OS - Windows/Linux/Solaris with scripting knowledge

Administration knowledge of FileNet Workplace and ICN client
Administration knowledge of FileNet CE/PE/AE
Working knowledge of FileNet system administration
General knowledge of LDAP
Experience in installation and configuration of FileNet P8 system including DR and HA configurations
Experience in doing backup and restore of FileNet P8 system
Experience in doing performance tuning of FileNet system and maintenance activities
Experience in FileNet System Troubleshooting
Experience in FileNet System Monitoring tools
Experience in FileNet deployments across different environments
Experience in performing daily monitoring activities on FileNet platform
Ability to recommend H/W and S/W required for IBM FileNet implementation
FileNet Administration certification would be required
ITIL certification would be an added advantage
Experience in ‘Mission Critical’ filenet support engagements
