- NAND cell

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Understanding NAND devices performances and reliability requirements to define and validate elementary array electrical specifications
- Defining test structures and testing flow to measure and monitor array electrical characteristics
- Contributing to the process and device technology development, by providing feedbacks to the technology development engineers on process experiments and interactions with array operation, based on data analysis and device physic understanding.
- Driving cross-functional teams to address device/array deficiencies (design/process/device teams)
- Contributing to the performances projections for the next generation NAND technologies, based on data modeling, to grant competitiveness
- Supporting the qualification and transfer of the technology as needed
- Updating team and management as to the status of the projects.
