**Your tasks**:

- Set-up of the chart of accounts for buy-sell activites as well as production in accordance with headquarters
- Set-up the regional accounting in accordance with headquarters
- Set-up the a reporting and budget structure in accordance with headquarters
- Drive the implementation of the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central)
- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping duties including general ledger, account reconciliation and accurate reporting
- Supervise and also perform daily accounting and bookkeeping duties for multiple entities accross Asia; currenlty China and Hong Kong
- Support timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing including intercompany reconcilation
- Payment tracking
- Process payment requests, expense claims, payroll and CPF
- Manage corporate filing matters and liaise with auditors
- Handle ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned from time to time

**Your profile**:

- Min. 7 years of work experience in Finance/Accounting
- Singapore CA
- Independent, detail-oriented and analytical
- Teamplayer
- Outstanding skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- International work experience would be an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) due to interaction with stakeholders from China and Hong Kong
