**Job Scope**:
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will support the human resources department through the management, administration, analysis, and action planning of compensation, benefits, and the HRIS System. This position also serves as a strategic partner to support compensation and benefit strategies to ensure organizational effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and administer the compensation and benefits programs which involves conducting market research to determine competitive salary and benefits packages, analysing job duties and responsibilities, and collaborating with managers to determine appropriate pay and benefits for each job position.
- Co-ordinates compensation processes such as computation of yearly Perf bonus, AWS and Annual increment
- Keep abreast on legal regulatory actions that affect compensation and benefits programs. Ensure salaries and benefits comply with regulations and policies;
- Review of yearly financial provision/accruals of salary and related costs;
- Supervise a team of compensation and payroll staff. Provide advice to the team on compensation and salary related matters and support on offer management as required.

**Job Requirement**:

- A degree qualification in relevant area with minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation and payroll
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
