11.2. Technical Support Personnel
11.2.1. Each Technical Support personnel shall have:
a) ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or its equivalent;
b) a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an on-site Technical support role;
d) the ability to handle Level 2 support;
e) basic knowledge of ITIL process such as Incident, Problem and Change Management;
f) technical knowledge to install systems, upgrade and repair software and hardware;
g) hands-on knowledge on DHCP, file/print services, registry modification, VB scripting, and use of other desktop tools would be essential;
h) good communications skills, both oral and written, with a good command of the English;
i) the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision; and
j) The ability to work under stress, rotating shift work and deliver results within short notice.
11.2.2. The Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead of the Technical Support shall have at least 3 years of IT Technical Support experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
11.2.3. 30% of the proposed Technical Support team must attain CAT-1 security clearance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
