The Retail Excellence Track of our 2-Year Global Management Associate Program is designed for aspiring leaders who want to shape Castlery's retail strategy and create meaningful customer experiences that drive retail revenue growth.

This program is part of the Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP) by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), aimed at developing Singaporean talents for global opportunities.

- **Dual Exposure Across Online and Offline Channels**: Learn how customer experiences are shaped through omnichannel strategies, from projects to hands-on retail operations.
- **Real Business Impact**:Tackle high-impact projects that enhance retail revenue, scale our offline presence in new markets, and improve global customer journeys.
- **Structured learnings and mentorship**

1st year

Complete three 4-month rotations in key functions such as Marketing Growth, Customer Experience Projects, and Showroom Operations, gaining insights into retail planning, execution, and customer engagement.

2nd year

12-months apprenticeship with one of our senior leaders to work on high impact projects
- **Global Exposure**: Overseas assignments or study trips to gain global insights and experience.
