About the Team
ByteDance is seeking a Sourcing Operation Specialist to support our Infrastructure Engineering - Sourcing team. As a Sourcing Operation Specialist, you are expected to be accountable for the operation efficiency and success of the sourcing operation in EMEA and Americas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead in Category Spending/Cost analysis, managing the data integrity and providing data feed to regional acquisition team, work with Finance team and XFN team to establish cost analysis tool and methodology.
- Support in platform-wise operational efforts of migration, integration, optimization, and data integrity. Working with cross functional and stakeholders to streamline a holistic and practical method to track and maintain proper record of raw data.
- Contribute to category’s contract management from operation level by improving the execution efficiency. Working with key stakeholders to identify and streamline contractual standard position list and potential operational improvement plan.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of total experience in any above-mentioned fields. Experience in more than one field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and strong analytical acumen.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels.
- Business focused thinking, an ability to focus on key issues and a strong hands-on, results driven mentality.
