**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the execution of marketing and communications projects across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.)
- Actively participate in campaign execution, contributing to content creation, social media management, digital marketing, and other hands-on tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital, to ensure alignment on messaging and project goals
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments (sales, product, customer support) to support marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and marketing activities
- Monitor project performance, identify potential challenges, and proactively implement solutions
- Track project budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics, reporting progress to management
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed of project status and updates
- Continuously analyze marketing outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience **in project management and hands-on marketing execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software (Nifty, Asana, or similar) and familiarity with marketing tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- A problem-solver with a proactive approach to both project management and execution
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

**Preferred experience/knowledge**:

- Experience in both project management and content creation or marketing operations
- Familiarity with creative production processes and timelinesPrevious experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
