Responsibilities
- Required to replenish stock in clean room environment.(Candyman Job)
- Receive and simple inspect for incoming materials and store materials in the correctwarehouse locations.
- Check shipping documents against the physical goods to spot any discrepancies,Report any issues to QC, Purchasing, for follow-up.
- Prepare Outbound orders, ensuring proper system updates, documentation, andphysical transfers.
- Performing Monthly cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain basic housekeeping of the warehouse.(5S)
- Ensure all inventory transactions (Goods Received Note, Goods Issued Note, and Stock Adjustment Note) are updated on time to maintain stock accuracy in the system.
- Provide clerical support for warehouse operations. Any other duties as directed by the supervisor or Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Willing to work overtime if needed
- Minimum GCE N or O level or 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable lifting and handling goods up to 15kg and manoeuvring on using pallets jets.
