Claim Adjuster

**Responsibilities**
- Assess and recommend suitable service and repair solutions that meet client needs.
- Deliver transparent and accurate cost estimates for insurance claims.
- Communicate with insurance companies to process motor claims.
- Track repair progress and keep customers informed of status updates.
- Manage scheduling of daily appointments for accident and body repair.
- Allocate and coordinate workloads for the body and paint department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized insurance companies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Manager as needed.

**Requirement**
- Motor Claims experience in automotive / workshop or related experience (not compulsory but preferably)
- Class 3 Driving License
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Lunch and dinner provided by company, uniform (top) provided
