**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing **design concepts** and visual presentations that captivate clients.
- Collaborate with the design team on **space planning**, **layout development**, and **3D modeling**.
- Support project coordination by managing materials, furniture, and fixture sourcing, maintaining a well-organized sample library.
- Help prepare **quotations** and **technical drawings** to ensure projects align with client expectations and design specifications.
- Attend **site visits** and assist with project management, ensuring smooth project flow from concept to completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery and quality finishes.
- Contribute to various design tasks including creating mood boards, presentations, and technical drawings.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A **Diploma or Degree** in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Creative energy** with a passion for design, space planning, and material selection.
- Proficiency in design tools such as **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, InDesign), and **3D Studio Max** is a bonus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and thrive in a **fast-paced environment**.
- **Team player** with great communication skills, eager to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
- **Languages**: Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- New graduates with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
