**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Assessment and Intervention**

1. To conduct therapy programs for clients under the supervision of therapist

2. To ensure safe and clean equipment and environment for the clients

3. To record and monitor clients progress and participation

4. To assist physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist to provide advice and education to clients and caregivers on how to prevent and or improve condition

5. Any other duties as assigned

At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the same or related field including assessment, intervention and teaching

Desire to learn about Autism and the passion to serve the autism community and their families

**Technical Competencies**:

- Client and family centric
- High levels of patience and passion for working with adults with autism
- Minimum 1-2 year of related experience, experience working with persons with special needs would be advantageous
