**Key Responsibilities**
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for underground piping works.
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and progress claims.
- Manage contract administration, including variation orders and final accounts.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/equipment.
- Liaise with project managers and site teams to monitor budget and cost control.
- Maintain proper documentation for procurement, quotations, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction, preferably in underground piping or utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and cost estimation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software.
- Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
