Vice President, Post Trade Support Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Post Trade Support Analyst to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Singapore - Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Works to ensure appropriate proactive monitoring and alerting setup.
- Accountability on root cause analysis and problem management to address business impacting issues and resolving underlying technical issues.
- Reviews and develops updates of contingency documentation and processes.
- As part of the Run the Bank team, Release Management must be taken seriously to help stability.
- Work with Senior Support members to learn incident resolution process and escalation procedures.
- Automate manual process to ensure Production services reaches zero manual touch target.
- Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives
- Mentor and guide junior team members

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
- 6-8 years of diverse experience in information technology required; experience in the Markets or financial services industry is a plus
- Knowledge of supporting production systems is preferred, especially Wall Street Systems.
- Strong communication and problem solving preferred.
- A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude to take on challenges.
