**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and lead content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and video
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media channels and ensure all content is timely, relevant, and engaging
- Assist in all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads
- Drive awareness and increase following in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
- Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms (e.g., TikTok)
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new tools to constantly improve content creation strategies
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other partners to amplify social media efforts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience (relevant Beauty field will be a plus)
- Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Relevant skills and competencies (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Copywriting, Videography, and Graphic Design)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
- Proficient in using social media platforms
- Experience in SEO and keyword research would be an advantage

**Work Location**: Macpherson - 9am to 6.30pm

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
