- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, Saturday 0.5 days)
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all food preparation meets standards.
- Prepare and present high-quality food.
- Supervise staff.
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination.
- Prepare all the required ingredients for all the relevant menus.
- Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure foodstuff are of good quality and stored correctly.
- Planning menu.
- Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
- Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
