**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform customs permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner with full compliance.
- Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance.
- Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers timelines.
- Keeping the customers notified of all relevant customs circulars, notices and updates as received.
- Reviewing Internal team performance, operation work processes established and implementing necessary control measures for continuous improvement.
- Hands on LC (Letter of Credit) /BL documentation.
- Capable of independently managing and executing all shipping duties.
- Data maintenance and ensure all services charges are recorded for billing.
- Organizing all paperwork for easy access during audits and inspections.
- Maintain updated records of pricing, delivery timeliness, correspondence with vendors.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
- Data entry, Invoicing and filing on daily tasks.
- Issuance of performa invoice based on sales mail.
- Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
- Manage and check on the release of inventoryPrepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in shipping or shipping related company
- Computer literacy
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work as a team player
- Good interpersonal skill
