**Overview**:
The Operations Assistants from the Collection Team provides vital support to the Collections Management (CM) officers in various tasks related to the acquisition, accessioning, documentation, exhibition, and maintenance of heritage collections.

**Responsibilities:
**1. Receiving and Accessioning**:

- Assists in receiving activities of new acquisitions.
- Aid in the accessioning process and updating collection-related information into CM and Tagging systems.

**2. Exhibition Support**:

- Assist in exhibition-related activities such as retrieval and movement of artifacts, supervision of packing, etc.
- Coordinate with appointed art handlers, curators, and contractors for collection-related processes.

**3. RFID Tag Management**:

- Manage and create RFID tags for new acquisitions.
- Ensure accurate tagging and tracking of collection items.

**4. Maintenance and Inventory**:

- Conduct routine preventive conservation checks of stores and artifacts.
- Assist in storage projects, annual inventorying, and management of equipment and fixed assets.
- Participate in e-registry organizing, filing duties, and digitization of acquisition documents.

**5. Logistical Support**:

- Arrange for fumigation processes, waste disposal, and basic cleaning of artifacts.
- Source and manage supplies for packing, storage, and equipment maintenance.
- Assist in sourcing vendors for collection management fixed assets and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimally possess a diploma in any discipline or A Levels equivalent.
- Values collaborative work in large teams and mutually contributes to well-being.
- To be physically fit to assist in movements of collection artefacts.
