DevOps Engineer

**Job Description**:
This position within the Software Business Organization (SBO) is focused on supporting, maintaining and improving the next generation automation pipeline for Broadcom's software development teams.- DevOps engineer with a focus on build automation and data driven processes- Real world experience with operating build pipelines and related tooling as well as a deep understanding of DevOps principles- Experience with Jenkins, management and extensions is a must with other CI platforms and tools as a bonus (Git, Artifactory)- Ability to adapt and embrace change- Experience with implementing ephemeral jenkins environments at scale- Team player with working knowledge of automation technologies- Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels.- Ability to gather and aggregate requirements from many groups and distill them into a generic form- Cloud background- Working knowledge of GCP preferred-
- Familiar with containerization and kubernetes (networking and storage experience preferred)-
- Automation focused thinker with skills to script/develop/debug tool integrations
