**Roles & Responsibilities**

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, your main role is to support the business operations of Wealth Management and the Fund Team. You work closely with the Relationship Managers (RMs), and the Head of Fund Team to provide a wide range of support from administration, client servicing to trade executions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting RMs and the Fund Team in their daily business activities
- Assisting RMs in taking and executing clients’ instructions and ensuring timely transaction processing and service delivery
- Covering duties such as (but not limited to) placing trade orders, funds monitoring, processing documentation for account openings / closures, updating instruction checklists
- Liaising with external partners such as private banks, financial institution in matters pertaining to clients’ trades, account maintenance, and any matter related to clients’ services
- Following up on deals reconciliation, settlement of trades and investment transactions across the classes of assets
- Initiating project/process enhancement as the need arises.
- Assisting in preparing and marketing of new funds or investment outlook for both internal and external parties
- Assisting in monitoring and managing portfolios as a secondary role.
- Liaising with our partners and counter-parties such as private banks, securities firms, investment banks, custodian banks, trust administrators, legal firms, accounting firms, trustees etc.
- Management and filing of clients’ and firm’s documents

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Banking/Finance
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to details, even when under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and handle with tact and discretion
- A team player who takes initiatives
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Power Point
- High Proficiency in English is mandatory especially in business English as our stakeholders and counter-parties are banks and financial institutions
- Proficiency in Mandarin as you are required to follow up on deals reconciliation, settlement of trades and investment transactions across the classes of assets with Chinese-speaking clients.
