**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain confidentiality throughout the process of tender
- Review of tender documents and identify customer requirements
- Co-ordinate all inter-department inputs for inclusion in tender submission and for cost preparation
- Prepare technical and commercial clarification post review of tender documents
- Identify third party / subcontract scope of services and get proposals from suitable vendors / subcontractors.
- Technical and commercial evaluation of third-party proposal and negotiation.
- Prepare cost estimates for assigned project tender and risk review
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Chemical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation
- Technical Knowledge in Process and Instrumentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Words/Power Point
- Advantage to have some Customer service handling experiences
- Chemical or Engineering background will be preferred
- Problem-Solving, Time Management and Organization skills are required
- Leadership quality and strategic thinking
