- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the IT sector, aiming to attract and retain clients.
- Implement funnel marketing tactics to optimize lead generation and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas for differentiation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing efforts, offering data-driven insights for enhancement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, AI advancements, and marketing best practices to inform strategy formulation.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events, webinars, and conferences to showcase IT solutions and thought leadership.
- Provide marketing support to sales teams through collateral creation, presentations, and other materials to enhance client engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and solutions of the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Requirements**:

- Possesses a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry.
- Demonstrate a strong grasp of funnel marketing principles and techniques, with a proven track record in driving lead generation and conversion.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Possess an analytical mindset, proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Salesforce.
- Have a genuine interest in technology and AI advancements, coupled with strong tech-savvy skills.
- Display creativity in developing innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Showcase strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
