**AVLB Content Creator**

**Responsibilities: -**
- Maintain, and housekeep photo and video related equipment such as but not limited to cameras, flashes, video lights, audio recorders, microphones, video recording devices, video monitoring devices, storage devices, tripods and mounts, and any other related equipment.
- Providing photo-taking and video-taking services during events as requested by the church and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Setting up and tearing down related equipment (such as lights, light stands, tripods, cameras, audio recorders, props, and furniture) for photoshoots and video recordings.
- Post-processing of photographs, including editing, touch-ups, manipulating, cropping, and other required tasks.
- Pre-production of videos, including scripting, storyboarding, and preparing interview questions.
- Post-production of videos, including editing of videos, editing of recorded audio, creating and providing special effects, animations, lower thirds, transitions, and sound effects, providing English and Chinese subtitles when necessary.
- Sorting, housekeeping, and archival of all existing, past, and future photo and video assets, including both RAW files and produced deliverables.
- You will also be tasked to collaborate with other colleagues on team projects relating to the organizing of church events.

**Software proficiency**:
To be competent and familiar with the following software, and to always be learning new skills and competencies relating to these software:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Lightroom / Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Camera RAW
- Adobe Media Encoder
- Adobe Frame.IO

**Hardware proficiency**:
To be competent and familiar with following equipment types, and to be willing to learn how to operate any new equipment given in the future:

- Sony mirrorless cameras such as A7SIII, A7IV, A1
- Native and third-party E-mount lenses, both primes and zoom lenses.
- Rode wireless GO / wireless GO II / wireless GO pro
- Godox video lights and flashes
- Aputure video lights
- Zoom handy recorders / field recorders

**Qualifications**:
Having a diploma or relevant certifications in relevant fields will be preferred.

Portfolio showcasing past photo and video content created is highly encouraged.

3 years experience in Video Production / Content Creation

Hardware and software proficiency as listed above.

Competent in using Google Drive.

Have an eye for detail, both in creative work and in the planning process.

Have a passion for creative storytelling through photos and videos.
