Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
- MNC Company
- Salary up to $5000+ transport allowance and other staff benefits
- 5days/ week, Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Location: West
One of the MNC company in Metal stamping industry is looking for Senior QA Engineer to join their company. Details as below:
Job scope:

- Customer complain resolution
- Customer Field Application Failure Claim resolution
- Attends to Customer Technical Query
- Liaises with inter-department on the Customer Claim issues, i.e. RTV, payment, retain sample.
- Plans and co-ordinates with Production on non-conformance product screening.
- Conducts containment measures and MRB controls.
- Lead customer audit/visit
- Reviews and oversees Improvement Plans, Projects and Technology Roadmaps update.
- Establish visit programs to customers
- Provides engineering support to Internal Departments on quality and technical issues.
- Perform any other duties, as assigned by superior
Job Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering / Precision Engineering / Chemical Processing / Quality Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Good knowledge on ISO Standards and ISO Internal Auditing Expert with Statistical Techniques and QC Tools (e.g. Fishbone Diagram, Why-Why Analysis, 3D/8D)
- IT Tech Savy
- Must have a good interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt to to fast faced environment
