**Position Summary**

The Micro Kitchen Attendant for To Go Micro Kitchens Asia PTE Ltd is primarily responsible for the daily servicing of Micro Kitchens within the Singapore CBD, to ensure each client has a fully stocked pantry of drinks and snacks.

**Position Objectives**

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to:

- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all tasks

**Responsibilities**
- Greet clients courteously, and interact with customers in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction
- Interact with customers and resolve any complaints in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- Relay relevant comments from customers and clients directly to supervisors
- Work with the Micro Kitchen Manager to plan in an efficient manner and with target delivery times
- Place a daily stock order via an allocated device
- Notify the Micro Kitchen Manager of any stock anomalies
- Adjust online order sheets with the accurate stock volumes being delivered to the client
- Help set-up Micro Kitchens as well as food, beverage and service items according to pre-established hygiene standards
- Ensure all necessary food items have identifiers and are displayed in a clean and consistent manner
- Keep up with delivery schedules
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area, whilst being respectful of client's premises

**The daily service will include**
- Filling the coolers
- Filling the snack racks
- Cleaning the coffee machines (including de-scaling)
- Keeping the stock room and pantry clean and tidy

**Qualifications**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ability to interact with diverse and high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ability to work at times with mínimal supervision, and accomplish tasks without direct instruction, and the ability problem-solve for the best solution
- Ability to answer basic questions regarding operations and direct other questions to appropriate parties
- Utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as per To Go Micro Kitchens guidelines & meet specific uniform standards for this position

**Language Skills**
- Ability to speak, read, and follow simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organisation
