Singapore EQUALBASE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly financial consolidated reports on a timely basis
- Manage accounting system for timely month end closing and invoicing.
- Prepare GST returns and tax filing submissions
- Prepare intercompany reconciliations and settlements.
- Review monthly bank reconciliations and other key balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare required schedules/reports for yearly audit and tax purpose.
- Support Senior Manager in developing disclosure packs for group of subsidiaries and joint ventures
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls in accounting processes and financial systems
- Identify and recommend automation and digitalisation initiatives (including financial system upgrade) to enhance efficiency within Finance and across departments.

**Requirements
- Qualified Accountant and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 7 years of relevant experience preferably in asset management or real estate industry and with prior Big 4 audit experience
- Good technical knowledge on financial reporting standards, taxation and consolidation principles
- Proficient in using various financial software tools (such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and integrity.
- Available immediately or on short notice, a plus
