PRESCHOOL - TEACHER

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Passionate to engage and educate young children
- Strong knowledge of educational techniques and methods for teaching young children
- Patient and supportive approach to the learning process
- Enthusiastic and encouraging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, staff and parents
- Create plans for daily activities in line with the school curriculum and philosophy
- Foster a positive and healthy learning environment
- Ensure the classroom is kept in a clean and safe condition at all times
- Encourage creative thinking and learning
- A good team player

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood.
- Fluent in English
- Additional language fluency an advantage
- Relevant experience an advantage but will consider teachers
- pursuing their Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
- Experienced in a digital student management system (qoqolo or others) an advantage.
