**The Role**
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Cambridge ELT and Education products, both print and digital
- Be able to present our learning solutions to academic institutions and secure adoptions of Cambridge University Press products
- Actively contribute to developing sales activities and strategies to increase sales and brand visibility in the market.
- Work closely with our network of ELT & Education distributors and booksellers in the market to achieve the sales budget
- Maintain strong customer relationships and attract new customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Initiate, coordinate and develop new opportunities in the market for new and emerging technologies content and products.
- Visit educational institutions in Singapore for sales and marketing support activities.
- Plan and organize promotions, seminars, exhibition and participate in events related to our business
- Work closely with our existing team of ELT and Education professionals
- Product presentations to promote our print publications and digital offerings
- Service existing accounts and develop new sales channels
- Design and execute marketing strategies for both print and digital media to ensure sales targets and profitability goals are met
- Market intelligence, maintenance of customer data base and monthly reports
**About you**
- Professional qualification or equivalent by experience; or degree qualified with significant experience.
- Good communicating and influencing skills, including reasoning, persuasion and assertiveness
- The ability to mentor and develop others
- Ability to lead and manage a team, if relevant to the role
- Ability and confidence to advise more senior members of staff
- Ability to manage a project, and monitor the use of resources
- Job holders at the higher end of the band will have more breadth and depth of experience
