**Main Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and updates of large-scale language models.
- Monitor and optimize the deployment environment to ensure stable operation and high performance of the models.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of training and deployment of large-scale language models.
- Practical experience with vector databases and vector search.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks.
- Solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
- Strong team collaboration and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Practical experience in deploying and optimizing large-scale language models, including model compression.
- Familiarity with distributed computing and cloud platforms (Spark, Flink, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Background in distributed training frameworks, GPU pooling technologies, and orchestration-related projects.
- Research or work experience in NLP or machine learning fields.
