- ISA Certified arborist with 5 years of related field work
- Able to generate detailed tree risk assessment and construction impactions entailing the tree health, physiology, and structure
- Able to recommend mitigation measures and tree protections
- Able to carry out secondary inspection and the knowledge of tools such as resistographer, PICUS and generating reports and the recommendations
- Able to conduct root exploratory trench assessment and recommend mitigation measures
- Able to review architectural, structural, and landscape drawings concerning trees and provide advice
- Able to work with site team including architects, structural engineers, and landscape architects on review of design change and the impact caused
- Able to liaise and coordinate with tree work works including tree felling, pruning, transplant, and related arboriculture related operation
- Have basic understanding on tools used in arboriculture operation
- The Arborist must be able to perform tasks after office hours and able to work under stress.
- As and when necessary, to be able to work on weekends and Public holidays.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in [Specialization] or equivalent.
