**Job Description** WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to combine web data, customer insights, and product data to improve assortment strategy and product activations.
- Drive projects and build business cases for new product categories, sales channels, and other business opportunities.
- Follow up on commercial initiatives across all channels and build strong cases for improvements in our discount strategy leveraging web analytics, customer insights, sales, and cost data.

Merchandisers, Loyalty Leads, Controllers, Omni sales team, etc.

**WHO YOU ARE**

We are looking for people with
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales analysis, market research, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
- Excellent understanding of SEO and its impact on assortment strategy.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
