**POSITION PROFILE
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process Yield loss/Defective ratio improvement and monitoring
- Able to monitor in line defect trend charts to prevent mass reject
- Daily, weekly and monthly yeild reporting to update improvement progress, results and issues
- Assist engineers in problem solving and quality improvement activities
- New product or new line initial yield follow up and make improvements before mass production
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all environmental, health, safety and security requirements
**ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED**
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of working experience in manufacturing sector is preferred (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Excellent analytical skills and self-starter with ability to take ownership of tasks and assignments
- Able to work independently and manage stress, eager to learn, be pro-active and a team player
- Strong communication and good people skills
- Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
- Good technical report writing and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), e.g. Plotting trend charts
- Willing to work overtime on workdays and during weekends when needed
- Able to work rotating shifts when needed
- Working environment - Clean room + dry room (0% humidity)
- Language - Written and spoken English
