Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Project Quality Plan and Procedures
- Conduct Quality Assurance training on project
- Establish and maintain project audit programme
- Prepare, issue and monitor the internal quality audit reports
- Follow-up to close out audit findings
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system
- Interface closely with engineering to establish quality requirements for equipment packages/materials
- Provide quality input to technical bid evaluation work process
- Interface with Class society and Independent Verification bodies to support project regulatory compliance requirements
- Monitor the project works and update performance matrices and status reports

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Materials, Mechanical, Welding from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years' of relevant experience
- Experience in design projects for Offshore (FPSO/Platforms) and Onshore (Refineries, LNG facilities, Storage terminal, etc.
- Familiarity in Oil and Gas EPC is preferred
- Have working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Strong understanding and familiarity with industry codes and regulations
- Shall be a good team player and problem solver
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Organizational and facilitation skills to maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
- Certified ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor
