**Job Description**:

- To actively plan, promote, and market the use of the Civic Plaza, B2 Fountain space, and its other Ngee Ann City properties to other organizations for the staging of events that will draw crowds and create excitement, while at the same time ensuring the generation of income.
- Promote and market the use of advertising spaces in the building and its other Ngee Ann City properties to other organizations ensuring the generation of income, while at the same time maintaining the prestigious image of the building.
- Supervise all ongoing events and exhibitions to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations governing the use of Civic Plaza and B2 Fountain space, and with the relevant Authorities.
- Coordinate and liaise with the two anchor tenants namely Takashimaya Singapore Limited and Toshin Development Co. Ltd on the updating of shopping directories and leaflets on a regular basis.
- Assist in the preparation, production, and circulation of periodic circulars/articles/ to tenants on building matters relating to Ngee Ann City and the Civic Plaza activities.
- Assist in the update of the Ngee Ann City website on a regular basis.
- Assist in the managing of inquiries and complaints received from tenants and/or members of the public, and ensure that the matters brought up are attended to promptly by the relevant parties and/or a reply is made in consultation with your Superior or Management.

Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Mass Communwith minimum 2 years'relevant experience
- Good contacts with advertising and PR agencies
- Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to work independentlt and has good team spirit
