AutoCollect is a fast-growing debt recovery and receivables management company in Singapore. We combine AI-powered technology with professional field teams to help businesses recover outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.

We are hiring Motorcycle Field Collections Riders to perform outdoor debt recovery visits and address verifications across Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform field visits to debtor addresses for payment collection, address verification, and delivery of letters.
- Conduct face-to-face engagements with debtors in a professional and respectful manner.
- Submit timely reports on field activities and update case officers.
- Work closely with the collections team to support investigations and follow-up actions.
- Escalate challenging cases for office support when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Valid Singapore Class 2B motorcycle license.
- Able to handle outdoor work and face-to-face debtor interactions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- No prior experience needed — full training will be provided.
