Preferred Qualifications:

- **2-3 years of experience in neonatal care**within a hospital or clinical setting highly preferred for confinement centre setting
- Ability to work **2 rotating shifts** (Monday to Sunday)
- Working schedule**:4 days/week including weekends and PH**:

- Certified as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) preferred but not a must to have
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) is a must to have

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the neonatal care unit
- Monitor and provide care for newborns
- Educate mothers on breastfeeding techniques
- Provide guidance on newborn bathing
- Respond promptly to neonatal emergencies
