Summary:
A school multimedia producer and administrator creates, manages, and distributes multimedia content to support education and communication. They produce videos, graphics, and digital materials, manage equipment and software, collaborate with ICT staff on projects, maintain archives, and oversee digital communication channels like the school website and social media.

**Job Description**:
Multimedia Production

Produce multimedia content such as educational videos or infographics for the school

Help the school with multimedia support during events such as but not limited to:

- photography
- videography
- animations
- editing

Work with the ICT Support Team on multimedia requirements and provide support when required

Multimedia Administration/Support Teaching & Learning

Maintain and update the school's social media presence regularly (school website, social media sites)

Provide multimedia support to teachers and facilitate the delivery of multimedia lessons and events when needed

Support administrative tasks such as:

- burning and converting of DVDs/CDs
- printing of media resources

Provide technical advice and recommend on multimedia hardware and software to get for the school, the items recommended should be able to support and improve the quality of teaching and learning in curricular and co-curricular areas.

Others:
Assist ICT associates in managing requests from the staff

Archive and organize the school's media collection such as DVD/CDs, videotapes, computer files etc.

Complete any other ad-hoc duties related to the area of multimedia production and administration when assigned by the school.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of a relevant ITE or higher certificate in a related field on Multimedia knowledge

2 years of experience working as a Multimedia Specialist is preferred, especially in a school setting

Proficiency and experience in providing multimedia support such as photography & videography is an advantage

Knowledgeable in maintaining & upgrading online social media sites is a bonus

Specifications:
Contract, of 7 months

Working hours: Mondays-Fridays, 10:00am to 4:00pm
