Our client is a renowned global professional services provider with a wide network across various parts of the globe. Due to continuous business expansion within their Singapore office, they are currently seeking to hire a Senior Manager to be part of their COO office.

**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:
- Reporting directly to the SEA COO, you will support the SEA COO overseeing SEA firm business performance and operations and working effectively with all areas of the organisation.
- You will be responsible for developing, recommending and implementing SEA firm-wide strategies for improving business performance and operating efficiencies, automating workflows as appropriate and optimizing personnel resources.
- You will work with all SEA Regional Managing Partners on driving a high performance culture.
- You will work closely with SEA back office functional leaders in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and also Country Managing Partners to ensure that sufficient and appropriate people, systems and processes are in place to provide optimal operational support to business units for SEA firm-wide processes.
- You will manage and support SEA firm-wide initiatives including firm governance, practice integration and harmonization/alignment, mergers and acquisitions, business expansions, etc.
**To be eligible for this role you will require**:
- To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding interpersonal skills, be savvy in business and financial management, and be prepared to roll up sleeves working the details.
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Self-reliant, results-oriented, attentive to details and able to operate as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker anticipating future consequences and trends, and incorporating them into plans
- Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player and leader who can positively and productively impact strategic and operational initiatives
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with both senior partners and staff in a matrix and multi-cultural organisation
- Experienced in project management, delivering projects from creative concept to completion
- Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Committed work ethic, positive attitude, sense of humour, ability to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to travel across Southeast Asia as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools like MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
