Lead Category Management Specialist

We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a **Lead Category Management Specialist** to join our **Category Management**team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.
Merchandising at Castlery balances art and analytics — building thoughtful assortments that speak to both style and strategy
**What you'll be doing**:
- Fully understand the product matrix, assortment strategy, vendor capabilities, and basic product cost structure.
- Independently manage end-to-end new product development (NPD) from internal alignment meetings through to product launch.
- Ensure on-time product launches and lead all cross-functional team communications related to the product launch.
- Provide strong support to the manager in related tasks.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer product development, with a proven track record of successfully launching and developing products in a competitive market.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify emerging trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to facilitate regular communication with China-based buying and design teams.
