**What impact can you make in this role?**

You will be part of a team that is an integrated investment service team that partners the business in providing services to support public markets investment.

**What will you do as an AVP, Business Solutions Analytics?**
- Oversee timely delivery of insightful and impactful business analysis through scalable and sustainable processes that leverage on platforms and technology.
- Engage senior stakeholders to define/refine business information strategic direction. Point person for demand management in planning delivery roadmap and articulating requirements.
- Collaborate with partners across technology, operations, risk departments and vendors to assemble fit-for-purpose data and establish service level agreements to ensure quality.
- Proactively share learnings and provide guidance to team members to uplift service levels and business/product knowledge.

**What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?**
- At least 4-6 years of proven track record of driving business information and analytics initiatives with good working knowledge of financial instruments and risk/performance.
- Possess strong business acumen to prioritize needs and collaborate with data & technology teams to solution and deliver business capabilities across a wide range of projects.
- Good knowledge of visualization techniques and proficient in tools such as Tableau is a must.
- Strong data analysis skills and manipulating large data sets using SQL and Python is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in data science techniques preferred.
- Intellectually curious and adept at problem solving via experimentation and innovative approaches via leveraging technology/platforms. Able to recommend strategic and tactical approaches and articulate tradeoffs.
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
