**Full Time Service Crew**
- Job Scope:_
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Prepare and serve food items and beverages to dine-in customers
- Ensure accuracy of orders and pack items for takeaways and online orders
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations
- Perform basic housekeeping duties
- Manage product display and replenish stock
- Fulfill other operational duties like clearing of tables, maintaining cleanliness of equipment

- Outgoing, cheerful and self-motivated
- Able to multi-task and am tech-savvy
- Responsible and positive working attitude
- Works well in a team
- Barista experience preferred
- 5.5 days work week for full timers (3 full shifts and 3 half shifts)

**Digital Marketing Executive**
- Job Scope:_
- Management of social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik tok, Youtube so as to tell and establish the ZEE & ELLE story effectively in the digital space
- Creation of content for IG posts, stories, reels, videos
- Oversee the blog and mailing list to deliver original content that is fresh, relevant, and in line with our brand messaging
- Conceptualisation and execution of product photoshoots for launches, including editing and copywriting
- Uploading and making updates on our website and other selling platforms to keep it fresh and relevant
- Management of SEO and ensuring optimisation of keywords
- Using measurement tools, track and evaluate content to understand success or areas for improvement and measure progress toward growth and engagement
- Requirements:_
- Able to work on Tuesdays-Saturdays 9AM-6PM
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Strong creative thinking and writing skills - able to build original content and campaigns from scratch
- A self-starter who is pro-active and able to work independently
- Good understanding of social media platforms and familiarity with marketing metrics, analysis and measurement
- Flexible and ability to adapt - able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes cross-functionally, in a rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge of DSLR, Photoshop, Illustrator and digital marketing tools.
- Relevant work experience in communications / social media / marketing / SEO or relevant field preferred
