F&B Service Crew
- Taking of orders, operating the POS (point of sale) cashier machine
- Serving food/clearing of tables
- Packing of pastries/desserts upon order
- Making of simple drinks upon order
- Engaging in customer service by ensuring customer needs and concerns are attended to professionally and promptly
- Handling and attending to customers with their queries and upselling product recommendations based on their preferences
- Assisting in some minor preparation for food
- Career progression through training conducted by the executive heads/owners on how to present, speak, upsell, attend to, address and handle clients no matter in what situation
- Progression to management roles that include but not limited to the following:
a) Overseeing the whole cafe, being a team player but also leading the team to ensure everything is ready and prepared by opening time every single day

b) Responsibility of handling cash sales and doing sales report every day

c) Overseeing inventory levels for monthly stock take

Other specific roles and key pointers will be learned on the job with close mentoring and training. We believe in being hands on in training to ensure that we deliver a wonderful dining experience for all. - Part time positions also available for more flexible hours for students/adults taking a break or are in between jobs.

**Salary depends on relevant working experience and skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 44 per week

**Salary**: $1,200.00 - $2,300.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to be masked up upon entering the premises, and remained masked until food or drinks are served. All necessary sanitation and cleaning rosters ensure that the common areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
