**Key Responsibilities:
**Donor Management & Grant Applications**:

- **Grant Writing**:Working closely with various departments for data and insights, craft persuasive proposals and communications to attract and retain grant funding.
- **Grant Income Generation**:Achieve fundraising targets and align efforts with strategic goals.
- **Prospect Research**:Research and identify potential sources of grant funding from both public and private entities. Prepare and submit grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funder requirements and organizational goals
- **Grant tracking & reporting**:Develop and maintain a grant tracking system to monitor key dates, deliverables, and reporting requirements. Prepare and submit grant-related reports to funders as required.
- **Compliance**:Ensure adherence to best practices in fundraising, grant management, and data protection.
- **Donor Relations**:Build and maintain relationships with current donors and actively seek new supporters.

**Fundraising**:

- **Strategy**:Develop and implement effective strategies to meet annual revenue goals.
- **Project Development**:Support the creation and enhancement of projects to maximize funding potential.
- **Events & Partnerships**:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and partnerships to align with overall strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong background in donor management and fundraising strategy.
- Experience with fundraising events is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in donor management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
- Time management capabilities is a must
- Knowledgeable about fundraising best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
