The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities for residential, commercial, or industrial renovation projects. The role ensures that renovation work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
**1.**Project Planning & Supervision**:

- Plan and schedule renovation works from start to completion.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per the timeline.

**2.**Site Coordination & Communication**:

- Conduct regular site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Provide updates to project managers or company directors.
- Liaise with authorities (e.g., BCA, HDB, NEA) for necessary permits and compliance.

**3.**Work Quality & Safety**:

- Ensure all work complies with BCA regulations, HDB renovation guidelines (if applicable), and company quality standards.
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers wear proper PPE.

**4.**Resource & Inventory Management**:

- Manage site materials, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
- Prevent wastage and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

**5.**Problem Solving**:

- Identify and resolve site issues, such as technical problems, delays, or workforce challenges.
- Mitigate risks that could impact project delivery.

**6.**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
- Record work done, manpower deployment, materials used, and incidents.
- Submit reports to project manager or company management regularly.
